We have identified an issue where Microsoft's PowerPoint web viewer fails to load slide previews on the Digital Platform. This issue may impact users attempting to view content that includes PowerPoint presentations.
As a workaround, users can still download PowerPoint files from the Digital Platform and open them directly on their device.
We have submitted a support ticket to Microsoft with the information needed to resolve the issue. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
